How much does shipping cost for the United States?

Shipping is a flat rate of $5 per clothing item. Most smaller non clothing items will be free shipping.

How much does shipping cost for international purchases?

As of now, the Katelynd website does NOT offer international purchasing options. However, international buyers can contact me individually via email or social media to make a purchase and I will evaluate shipping costs manually. Shipping fees could range anywhere from $20-$40 depending on where you live.

Where do you get all your materials?

ALL of my fabrics for clothing are second hand. I purchase them from thrift stores, garage sales, and auctions. I also have friends and family that donate as well.

How do I get a custom?

Email or DM me on any social media platforms and we will have a “consultation” about materials, prices, and designs.

How much do customs cost?

Customs vary in price based on what you are requesting. The STARTING prices are as follows:

• Hoodies/Sweatshirts ~ $100

• Sweatpants ~ $100

• Shorts ~ $75

• Flannel ~ $50

Starting prices do NOT include shipping fees.

What else do I need to know before ordering a custom?

I do NOT supply the “staple piece” (the main graphic for the custom). You will have to pick one out yourself and mail it to me. If you mail me only a staple piece and no additional materials for the custom, the price will go up for each additional article of clothing I cut from my own stash. If you mail me all pieces necessary for the custom, you will only pay the starting price.

How can I save money on custom orders?

There are two ways to save money on Katelynd orders.

1. Follow all of my social media platforms for discount code opportunities!

2. If you mail me high quality material (ex. Coogi/Coogi lookalike) then I will discount your purchase pending on how much material there is and the quality.

Everything is negotiable to an extent so feel free to ask me anything!

Katelynd does NOT offer refunds. All items are unique and one-of-a-kind. If the product arrives damaged that is something you will have to take up with the shipping company. I will NEVER ship a damaged or ruined product.

In an effort to make my business sustainable, all materials for clothing are sourced through thrift stores, garage sales, or donation. Because of this, products can have small stains or holes in them. I try to use flawed pieces as backing for sweatshirts or hide them with a cute design so they are not seen.
